Vinification and Aging: The grape under the temprature of 16 °C, which allows to rich the better extraction of the content anthocyanins and polyphenols. The normal alcoholic fermentation lasted about 16/17 days at the controlled tempreture of 27-28 °C. After malaotic fermentation wine continue aging in medium barrels. Brunello 2010 is aged for at least 2 years in barrels and minimum 4 months in bottle.

Organoleptic properties: Intense, vivid ruby red color with aromas of red berries, maraschino cherry and liquorice. The aromas repeat on the palate with more hints of liquorice and tobacco.

The Winery: The recommended aging is 15 years under the tempreture of 12°- 14°C.
