Vinification and Aging: Traditional fermentation. Aging: 4 years, through which 2 years in oak barrels.

Organoleptic properties: Ruby red color tending with aging to garnet. Flavor with notes of violet, wild berries and vanilla.

The Winery: Reccomended aging is 20 years and more. The first production 1972.
