  • The buyer assumes title of the wines once purchased. By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine shipped to him or her.

Damaged shipping

If your wine should not arrive in reasonable condition you should notify us as soon as possible. If you receive parcels from WineBrunello visibly damaged by courier (packing broken or visibly stained by the leakage of wine) can do as follow:

  • Return the damaged parcel to the sender signing dispatch note “with reserve” (ADVISED)
  • Refuse delivery, informing us

In case broken item is out of stock, you will be contacted for possible replacement. In case you will not find in our catalogue product in replacement, WineBrunello will return you sums paid for wine. The shipping cost of the restitution will be hold by WineBrunello.

Return Steps

In case your merchandise arrived broken kindly proceed with immediate e-mail to, declaring your breakage indicating all the data requested:

  • invoice number and order date
  • photo of your parcel
  • products list to substitute
  • your credit card information (code IBAN)for bank transfer

As soon as we get your e-mail you will be contacted from our Customer Service, authorizing the return. Upon receipt of such communication must return goods within a further 10 days to:

Merchandise exchange

  • Your purchase will be exchanged within 14 working days from the delivery date
  • The shipping and packaging cost for exchange purchase will be charged on client credit card

Refund policy

You will be refunded the value of the goods shown in the invoice. In the above amount does not include shipping cost. This is in accordance with Article.5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree No 185,22/05/199
