Vinification and Aging: The grape for the Rosso di Montalcino are collected from 22 of September to 5 of OCtober, based on the maturation of the grape.

The Winery: The wine is aged 12 months in the oak barrels, other 3 months in inox and other 3 months in the bottle. The vineyard is situated on th south of Montalcino. Quantity of plants per hectar is 3.333 and 4.200
